About Our Organization
NCPA is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the advancement of payroll as a professional discipline. Our membership of over 100 payroll professionals are provided monthly education presentations February through November of each year in which they can receive up-to-date Payroll and HR information from expert speakers and network with one another. The presentation cost is $10 for first time attendees, $20/members and $35/non-members.
Monthly Meetings/Education Presentations
The monthly business meeting and education presentations are currently being held virtually on the third Thursday of each month and are conducted by the Executive Board of Directors.
The purpose of the business meeting is to keep NCPA members informed on current and future chapter business and finances. We strive to be fully transparent concerning all business matters.
Each monthly education presentation is pre-approved by Payroll Org to provide certified members with continuing education re-certification credit hours (RCH’s) for their CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification). The speakers are experts in their fields who provide up-to-date educational topics at the local, state and national level to keep our members informed on the latest legislative issues and changes.
Payroll Certification Study Group
Our chapter offers a six-week Certification Study Group to prepare payroll professionals for the CPP and FPC certification exams. Over 70% of our chapter members are certified in payroll.
Community Support
Our chapter actively supports various charitable organizations and schools through members volunteering their time and by NCPA providing financial support through donations.
Chapter Membership Dues
Membership is $60 per year for two colleagues from the same company. Dues are reduced to $30 for the remainder of the year after July. Individual memberships are also available for $60 per year.
