Attorney Nicholas Haynes operates his own practice, Employee Handbook Services, out of the Denver area. He focuses on general employment counseling and drafting and reviewing employee handbooks for employers in California and Colorado. Mr. Haynes provides advice and counsel to employers regarding compliance with state and federal employment law, including but not limited to wage and hour, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, performance management, and issues that arise from the time of hire to separation from employment.

Mr. Haynes is a veteran of the US Army. He attended law school at Southern Illinois University Law School, earned his undergraduate degree at Murray State University, and obtained an associate’s degree in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute.

Monthly Business/Speaker Luncheon Meetings

We invite you to come join us for a delicious catered speaker luncheon the third Thursday of each month. The cost of your first chapter visit/lunch is only $10!  Subsequent meeting costs will be $25.00 for Colorado APA chapter members.  The Non-member cost is $35.00.  An R.S.V.P. is required to ncpchapter@gmail.com. Monthly meetings are normally held at the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, 5400 Stone Creek Circle, Loveland, CO.  The business luncheon meeting will start promptly at 11:30 a.m.  Speakers will present from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.  On-line, remote participation costs are the same as above.  Please request a Microsoft Teams invitation in your R.S.V.P.
