We are very excited to bring back Janine Archuletta with the Family Support Registry!

Janine will present on the changes that have been made to the Income Withholding Order (IWO) form.  She will be introducing a new policy her division will implement 9/1/18 regarding the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) withholding limit percentages. Employers will no longer need to calculate this.

 

Janine Archuletta works for the Colorado Division of Child Support Services (CDCSS). She oversees the daily operations of the Family Support Registry’s Employer Services Unit. She serves as a resource to employers and is the CDCSS’s subject matter expert on an employer’s role in the program. She has worked 20 plus years in child support. Her background includes working at the county and state levels. Her experience has given her a diversity of knowledge of child support laws and procedures. She thrives to ensure that employers receive excellent customer service and get the resources needed to assist the program with helping families achieve economic security. Join her for an informational fun session about all things child support.

The Summer Study Group will prepare you for the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Exams taking place this Fall, 2018.  See below for more information.

Exams administered from September 15, 2018 through September 13, 2019, feature questions based on federal laws and regulations in effect as of January 1, 2018.  NCPA uses

“The Payroll Source”  textbook for all Study Groups.  The Summer Study Group, if held, will use “The 2018 Payroll Source.”
